KAMDHENU COW CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:
Cow is an important means of livelihood in rural India and directly influence rural economy. The Indian breeds of cows play an important role in life and wellbeing of rural population not only through the milk, dairy business and agriculture support associated with it but also of the cow dung and cow urine which are rich source of bio fuel and useful in manufacturing many daily utility items, spiritual accessories and Ayurvedic medicines out of it. CBMD is highly focused on promoting domestic breed cow based livelihood opportunities across the country.
CBMD CHAITANYA KUDI GAUSHALA, PHUL DOL BIHARI JI MAHARAJ ASHRAM, PANI GHAT, PARKRAMA MARG, VRINDAVAN, MADHURA DIST. UP is an initiative in this direction where we do provided shelter, food and medical attention to orphan and abandoned ailing cows and provide training to the farmers for optimum utilization of cow dung and cow urine through scientific methods and procedures to manufacture cow dung logs, spiritual accessories, utility products, Ayurvedic medicines etc. from it so that the cow rearing can be made more economically viable livelihood proposition for them. This is a social cause and can affect the poor directly providing alternative source of income for them and indirectly the cows will be protected from diseases caused by eating plastics and toxic wastes, getting abandoned and moving around roads and meeting with accidents and living in agony with their wounds and injuries and ending their life on roadsides without getting any care and attention. So all those who worship cows, its well-wishers and supporters are requested to come forward to promote this noble initiative through small donations so that we will be able to expand this program step by step and can protect more cows and support more farmers across the country.
