LIVELIHOOD DEVELOPMENT:

CBMD is focused on Rural Employment generation for the development of rural economy and thereby poverty alleviation among the local population it  is working with different communities and impart training and capacity building programs depending on the resource base and market situations to open livelihood opportunities for them locally. In this direction we are working to promote the following subsidiary livelihood activities:  

Kamdhenu Cow conservation, protection and development Program: In order to protect cows of Indian origin we promote livelihoods based on cow dung and urine and using latest technologies we have developed many products and taking care of many Gaushalas and the Deshi Cows there under our Kamdhenu Project and Chaitanya Kudi Gaushala, Phul Dol Bihari Ji Maharaj Ashram, Pani Ghat, Parkrama Marg, Vrindavan, Madhura Dist. UP is one among them.

Capacity building of Artisan for cluster Institution and market development: Traditional livelihoods are the strength of India and we are consistently trying to protect, promote and develop the traditional handicrafts and handloom sector across India and taking care of many clusters directly and through associate organisations. We are focused on Institution building, technology interventions, product development and linkages development both forward and backward linkages development 

Agriculture and agribusiness: Scientific agriculture development is a sector where we are focused in to and new technique dissemination among farmers is a crucial task the country really needed for and our team are regularly trying to build capacities and skills of farmers to improve the quality of agriculture practiced through minimum usage of water, fertilizers, chemicals and pesticides etc. It is mainly focused to reduce the entry of chemicals and hard metals in to the food chain.

Conference, Workshops and events: Policy advocacy is an important area where we are focused on through organizing conferences, workshops, seminars, round tables and field studies and submitting the findings and recommendations to the government to develop new policies and to amend the existing once so that the people friendly policies will be shaped and that will catalyze the development process of the country.

Networking and collaborations: We are always looking for developing networking and collaborations with likeminded individuals and organisations for the capacity building and development of human communities in order to improve the social cohesion and harmony and so that to improve the habitat to make the earth a better place to live.
